We will get you rescheduled as soon as possible. No-show and Cancellation Policy may be applied. Cancellation & No-Show Policy MEDICAL APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY: To respect the time of our providers and ensure availability for all patients, a valid credit card is required on file to schedule any appointment. This is mandatory in our system and cannot be bypassed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time so we may offer the slot to another patient.Effective January 1, the policy is as follows: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not show up, a fee will be charged to the card on file. The fee is 30% of the value of your scheduled service. For complimentary services (consultations, follow-ups, etc.) or appointments where the value is ambiguous (for example, Botox units not determined in advance), a $50 fee will be charged. This policy applies to all patients and all appointment types. We understand unforeseen events can occur; however, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy. Return Policy At Jiva Med Spa, we want to ensure your utmost satisfaction with our services and products. Please kindly note that once a purchase is made, all sales are final. Refunds cannot be given for treatments, products, or deposits made. Additionally, prescriptive products are exempt from refund or exchange. Children The safety of our patients is our main concern. To ensure that there is a successful experience every time, we request that you do not bring your children to your appointment. Unlimited Treatment Terms An ‘Unlimited Tattoo Removal’ or ‘Unlimited Laser Hair Reduction’ package entitles the purchaser to receive an unlimited number of treatment sessions as clinically recommended. For the purpose of purchase fulfillment, the package shall be deemed rendered in full upon administration of the first treatment session. All sales of Unlimited Tattoo Removal or Unlimited Laser Hair Reduction packages are final and non-refundable once any treatment has been performed, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where the provider determines, in their sole medical judgment, that continued treatment would pose a health risk. This ensures fairness to all clients, since some tattoos/hair require one session and others require many. In the event that a credit is issued due to discontinuation of service, the credit amount will be calculated by deducting the value of sessions already rendered at the single session rate from the total cost of the Unlimited package. If the total value of completed sessions at the single session rate exceeds the total package purchase price, no credit shall be issued.
