No-show and Cancellation Policy may be applied.Cancellation & No-Show PolicyMEDICAL APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:It is the policy of the practice to monitor and manage appointment no-shows and late cancellations. When you schedule an appointment with Jiva Med Spa we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care.Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Notification allows the practice to better utilize appointments for other patients in need of prompt care. Please see our AppointmentCancellation/No Show Policy below: Effective July 28, 2022 any established patient who fails to no show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 48 hours notice will be charged a $25.00 fee prior to rescheduling. Any appointments that require over one hour of service time a $50.00 fee will be charged.We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment.
