Late Policy
Things happen, but if you are 15 or more minutes late to an appointment, we may have to reschedule in order to respect all patient’s and provider’s time. We will get you rescheduled as soon as possible. No-show and Cancellation Policy may be applied.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
MEDICAL APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:
It is the policy of the practice to monitor and manage appointment no-shows and late cancellations. When you schedule an appointment with Jiva Med Spa we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Notification allows the practice to better utilize appointments for other patients in need of prompt care. Please see our Appointment
Cancellation/No Show Policy below: Effective July 28, 2022 any established patient who fails to no show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 48 hours notice will be charged a $25.00 fee prior to rescheduling. Any appointments that require over one hour of service time a $50.00 fee will be charged.
We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances please contact our Office Manager, who may be able to waive the No Show fee.

Refunds
Unopened products with a receipt can be returned within 10 days of purchase. Treatments, packages, and gift certificates are not refundable. If you no longer with to complete a series of treatments, any remaining funds or credits can be transferred and applied to another service. No cash or charge refunds will be given.
Products
Refunds are not offered on products. They may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days for in-store credit when there is a documented reaction. Defective products can be exchanged within 7 days for the same products. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for prescriptive products for any reason, in compliance with the federal law.
Services
Refunds will not be given on services already rendered. In order to make sure that our clients have the best experience, services that are not used can be applied to any other service at Jiva Med Spa (cash equivalent for the remaining amount.) There will be no cash refunds.
All sales on injectables are final (i.e. fillers and neurotoxins); refunds or credits cannot be offered after treatment is completed.
Children
The safety of our patients is our main concern. To ensure that there is a successful experience every time, we request that you do not bring your children to your appointment.
